After serving in the U.S. Army and living with a 100% service-connected disability, Terry Johnson felt called to find a place where life could be peaceful, meaningful, and financially manageable. Thailand became that place.

Today, known as Dat Dude Is In Thailand, he uses his experience to guide other veterans and retirees through the same journey — from visas and healthcare to daily life and local culture. His goal is simple: to help others find the same freedom, healing, and happiness that he found in the Land of Smiles.
