At this time, I am only accepting PayPal for payment, but, you do not need to have a PayPal account, to make a purchase!

Refunds

By their very nature, PDF patterns are not refundable, however, if you purchased a pattern by mistake, email me right away, and I’ll refund your payment via PayPal. 

If you’ve purchased a handwoven or hand-knit item, and are displeased, do email me about the situation, so I can correct the issue.

Shipping

As a new store, I am only shipping within the US, at this time.



I ship physical products (scarves, yarn, rugs, etc.) within 2 business days, but usually within 1 business day!

I find USPS Ground Advantage to be an excellent, less costly option to Priority Mail.

If you need an item super fast, just email me to arrange a different USPS mailing service.
