REFUND POLICY

Because this is a personalized digital product, cancellations are accepted before chart calculation and report preparation begin. Once custom preparation has started, the order is non-refundable except for duplicate payment, non-delivery, or a file that cannot be opened and cannot be replaced.

If the submitted birth information is incomplete or unusable, DAYSTEM will ask for clarification. If the required information cannot be provided before work begins, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Payment provider and platform rules also apply.

PRIVACY

DAYSTEM collects only the information needed to calculate and personalize your reading. Birth details and report files are treated as private order data and are scheduled for deletion 90 days after delivery. They are not used in public samples or marketing without separate permission.

DAYSTEM readings are for personal reflection, cultural interest, and entertainment only. They do not guarantee outcomes and are not medical, legal, financial, investment, or psychological advice.
