Allston Consulting Services was born out of both passion and purpose. After more than 16 years of working in nonprofit organizations that serve individuals with intellectual disabilities, I knew I had more to offer not just to the community, but to business owners who are building something meaningful and need strong administrative support to help them grow.

Armed with a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, I’ve developed a deep understanding of organizational structure, person-centered service, and effective leadership. But beyond the degrees and titles, my journey has been shaped by life itself.

I’m a proud single parent and a widow, titles I never expected to hold, but ones that taught me resilience, grace, and the importance of balance. My priorities have shifted, and being present for my young basketball star while managing the demands of life in Pennsylvania’s unpredictable weather helped me realize the value of working closer to home.
