I have over 32 years experience in the beauty industry of which 15 of those years has been spent working as Regional Director for Regis Corporation where I successfully led billion dollar teams in 4 states in SouthWest Region. Which allowed me the ability to gain insight on the in and outs of starting and maintaining a successful business. I currently own 3 successful businesses and have obtained my Cosmetology license,(ATC), BS Criminal Justice (ASU), MBA Strategic Marketing & Management (WGU) and MBA Human Resources (UoPX).
