I'm Amanda, founder of Virtual Delegation and the creator behind Dear VA, a space dedicated to sharing encouragement, experiences and honest reflections about life as a VA.

I've been working as a VA since 2012, and with over 25 years of administration and customer service experience, I've learned a thing or two about running a business, working with clients and navigating the ups and downs of self employment.

Like many VAs, my journey hasn't always been straightforward. There have been exciting opportunities, lessons learned the hard way, moments of self-doubt and plenty of experiences that have shaped the way I work today and that's exactly why I created Dear VA.
