I support women in midlife who are tired of restrictive diets and confusing advice. My clients want lasting results that work with their bodies and fit into their busy lives - and that's exactly what I deliver.


As a Living Nutrition Practitioner and member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP), with a background in nutrition and food science, I specialise in root-cause, anti-inflammatory approaches for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, autoimmune conditions, and stubborn weight gain.


Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated and stuck - they've tried everything, cut the calories, followed the rules, but their bodies aren't responding. Together, we cut through the noise and create individualised solutions that bring relief, balance, and real results.


My approach is different: I don't believe in one-size-fits-all protocols or restrictive plans that add stress to your already busy life. Instead, I focus on gentle, sustainable changes using real food and evidence-based strategies that honour where you are right now.

I understand the challenges of midlife firsthand. After turning my own health around in my 40s - when perimenopause, weight gain, and exhaustion hit hard - I've dedicated my practice to helping women just like you feel like themselves again.
