Choosing your path to healthier eating

We all want to improve our eating, but choosing the right approach can feel overwhelming. And if you're like me, that's when procrastination kicks in. Then nothing changes.



Don't just repeat last year - unless last year was awesome. In which case, I'm super proud of you! Keep on doing what you're doing.


If you didn't see the results you wanted, ask yourself "If I keep doing the same things, will I be where I want to be by the end of the year?" And where will you want to be in 5 or even 10 years from now?

  • Privacy to experiment and learn on your terms


Cons:

  • No expert guidance when you hit roadblocks
  • Can feel isolated during challenging times
  • May take a long time to see results
  • Risk of getting stuck in analysis paralysis

  • More affordable than private coaching
  • Structured approach with clear milestones
  • Accountability from both coach and peers
