Our products are all digital. Simply purchase and a download link will appear immediately following checkout. This will appear in our email as an attachment. The process is smooth and simple. For multiple art work files, we often will include a Google Drive link. Simply open the PDF you purchase, click the highlighted link and you can access you products directly from Google Drive. Copy them to your own drive or download them directly. They are yours to keep.

On all platforms, digital products by nature cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you experience a problem with your product/s, please email us at info@decor8anddesigns.com and we will do our very best to resolve it for your.

All of our art products are original works. We use 300DPI (dots per square inch) to achieve high quality resolution. And all our products are offered in 5 popular sizes that can be printed to fit any frame you purchase commercially. Note that your screen resolution and printer quality may not match what you actually see on screen. There could be a slight variance in color. This is common with any image online.

Once you purchase the artwork/s it is yours to keep. You can make as many copies as you like (print at home or in store) for your own personal use. You are, however, prohibited from sharing, amending or re-selling any products you purchase here.

You can print your JPG files in your own home if you have a inkjet / color laser printer. You can also opt to print them at a local store store near you. Great options include Walmart, Walgreens, Staples, The Printing House, FedEx, Office Depot, Costco (US) OR Officeworks, K-Mart, Harvey-Norman, Teds, BigW (Australia), OR print online at Vistaprint, Staples, Shutterfly.

Typically home printers will only print smaller sizes. Approach one of the stores listed above should you want a larger print.

All of our artwork is provided to you as a JPG file. This is a very common format for pintable images as they deliver high resolution.

We also provide our art work in 5 size variations to suit any retail purchased frame. Sizes ratios include:

11x14" (3300x4200px)

2x3 = 20x30cm (6000x9000px)

3x4 = 18x24cm (5400x7200px)

4x5 = 16x20cm (4800x6000px)

ISO International A4-A2 (15000x21000px)

With these 5 ratios, you could print over 20 different size variations to fit common frames.
