Focus on your breath: Notice the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body. Pay attention to the rise and fall of your chest or abdomen with each breath.

When your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breath: It's natural for your mind to wander. When it does, simply acknowledge it without judgement and gently return your focus to your breathing.
