I’m a self-taught baker based in Greater Manchester with over 5 years experience creating cakes, cupcakes, dessert boxes and catering for all occasions. What started as making afternoon teas during lockdown quickly turned into a full business built from passion, creativity and a love for baking.

Over the years I’ve learnt so many tips, methods and techniques through real hands-on experience, and now I’d love to help other bakers grow their confidence too.
