DEL-VINITY DESSERTS - REFUND POLICY
These refund policies outline the rules and regulations for the use of Del-Vinity Desserts Website, located at Del-VinityDesserts.com.
Due to the perishable nature of our desserts, our Refund Policy is as follows:
- No Refunds if orders are not picked up.
- No Refunds or Credits on order cancelations.
- No Refunds for customer dissatisfaction. However, we hope you will try one of our other desserts next time.
Once you have, or a designated party has picked up your order, it is considered “accepted.”
All orders are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our pick-up location. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the items during transport, set-up, or anytime thereafter.
You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your items upon pick up. Keep in mind that the items are very fragile and damage can happen if not handled properly.
