With over 15 years of experience in managing diabetes and metabolic health, she is a seasoned Health & Wellness Consultant and passionate Diabetes Advocate.

She is also the founder of Sugar-Smart Generation Kenya, a national movement focused on diabetes education and promoting healthier eating habits—especially among youth and the working population. Through this initiative, she champions the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases by empowering individuals and communities to adopt sustainable, nutrition-focused lifestyle changes.

Her mission is rooted in using food and lifestyle as powerful tools for preventative health, helping Kenyans embrace wellness not as an afterthought, but as a way of life.
