For nearly two decades, I haven’t just been working out; I’ve been studying the art of human potential. My journey began with a simple curiosity about how the body moves, evolved into a degree in Kinesiology, and solidified through years of hands-on experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
But science alone doesn't change lives—application does. I’ve spent the last 20 years translating complex physiological concepts into simple, actionable strategies for men who are ready to stop settling. My mission is to help you build the strongest, most capable version of yourself, both inside and outside the gym.
When I’m not analyzing biomechanics or programming workouts, you’ll find me diving into the worlds of anime and comics, getting lost in a good book, or reflecting on Stoic philosophy. I believe the discipline required to lift heavy weights is the same discipline required to face life’s challenges with clarity and resilience.
