Mrs. Denell Parker is the Founder and Executive Director of Exquisite Ladies by Design, Inc. and the author of her first book, The Complete Guide to Effective Youth Impact. She believes that we are all responsible for the education of our children within our communities. Mrs. Parker has spent over 25 years in Corporate America and specializes in business development; strategic planning; business proposal development; marketing and advertising; business and international etiquette and protocol instruction, debutante and pageant coaching; and teen and young women's leadership training.
Mrs. Parker is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and holds several offices as the 1) International Youth Mentor to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated's chapter in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates; 2) Zeta's Commonwealth of Virginia Youth Auxiliaries Coordinator; and 3) serves as Zeta's Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter's Archonette Club Mentoring Youth Advisor. Her volunteer work includes being the National Certification Director for the National Association of Urban Etiquette Professionals (NAUEP) whose primary function is to spread the message of civility throughout urban communities in the U.S., Virgina Islands and abroad. Ms. Parker is the Editorial Director and a contributing writer for UrbanGirlz Magazine, a magazine for teens and young women of color and the people who serve them.
Ms. Parker has a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources, a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Managment; and an Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts from Saint Leo University..
