Earth and Hearth is a carefully designed plan to escape this soul killing exploitive system, for people willing to work for it.

It is a 32-page guidebook for creating employee-owned companies structured as small Beneficial Corporations operating as cooperatives. Its purpose is to capture the fruits of each person’s labor and return it to those who added the value.

Earth and Hearth Companies are a way to build something resilient, rooted, and real; They are managed by nine founders from three generations building mutual trust, respect, and equality, while honoring personal autonomy and building legacy.

This blueprint doesn’t try to fix the broken system we now live in.  It shows a better way to live within it. Corporations live forever and are self-governed to a large degree. Small companies with s common goal have a lot of freedom and protected by the Corporate Shield.
