I trained at the University of Bristol, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Science with Distinction, an experience that built both my academic foundation and my clinical confidence. I went on to complete my Dental Foundation Training in Nottingham, where I developed a deep and lasting interest in surgical dentistry. That interest has since evolved into a focused commitment, now realised through my Dental Core Training year in Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery at the Royal London Hospital, one of the UK’s leading centres for complex surgical care.

Throughout this journey, this book has been used to revise for every major examination I have undertaken, and its clear, clinically focused approach played a key role in helping me successfully pass the MFDS. It has shaped not only how I prepare for exams, but how I think and practise as a clinician.
