As some may know, my journey started with me finding out I was always struggling with “emotional safety” as a child. I experienced trauma and was neglected when I was a child. I found out I was struggling with depression during my sophomore year in high school. For 2 years involved with suicidal thoughts, rumination, constantly talk to myself, washr unable to take care of myself, sleep ideation, extreme low self-esteem, over functioning behavior, people-pleasing tendencies, OCD, and anxiety.

Back in 2020, I was constantly sad, I cried plenty. …I Couldn't understand why wasn't focusing much. I would cry during class time. I was overwhelmed and confused. I felt like everyone was against me.

When covid happened. I wasn't able to find a job. I was constantly rejected or overlooked for my efforts. I felt more furious. I became passive and chaotic. Then one day I came across a vision from God. He said me you are Sunshine. I began doing speakings, and podcasting to help empower myself. That's where the confidence started.

I was thankful enough to have a parents who took accoutabilty, tried their best to support me, I had a therapist at the time, a counselor, and great mentors.

My faith strengthen even more over the years. All the glory goes to Abba. Now I'm his prize profession. His princess!
