Purpose
I was once a child who struggled with my emotions, confidence, felt conflicted at home, at school, and my overall sense of belonging felt shattered. During my early days of adulthood I found healing, inner peace decided to use my gifts Abba father has placed within me to make an impact in other peoples lives.
So, I dedicated myself to learning how to coach 1,000s of children build the confidence, emotional skills, and sense of belonging that I once struggled to find.
Our Mission
To plant the seeds of self-mastery early that way children can shine in school, relationships, and everyday life.
Seeds of Self-Mastery provides a supportive space where kids can explore who they are, explore who they are, build healthy habits, confidence, learn how to navigate everyday challenges with resilience and become the brightest versions of themselves.
Every child has unique strengths, and my role is to support them in discovering those strengths and helping them use it to their advantage.
General Framework
1. Confidence and Self-Awareness
Children learn to understand their emotions, recognize their abilities, and build a positive sense of self. Through guided conversations and age-appropriate activities, they begin to see what makes them capable and unique.
2. Practical Skills for Everyday Life
Coaching sessions introduce tools and strategies for problem-solving, communication, goal setting, emotional regulation, and decision-making. These skills help children feel more prepared and independent in school, at home, and in social settings.
3. Supportive Guidance and Encouragement
Every session creates a safe, encouraging space where children can express themselves freely. I provide structure, positive reinforcement, and practical steps that help them grow at a pace that feels right for them.
Parents can expect a coaching approach that is nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and designed to help children thrive—not only now, but as they continue to mature.
