[1.1] Selling, giving, or distributing permissions (including resell, resell+, co-ownership, ownership) for our products is strictly prohibited. This extends to activities such as scamming, leaking, or redistributing assets to others. Violations will lead to an immediate and irreversible ban.

[1.2] Selling, giving away, leaking, or redistributing any parts or assets of the product, including the product itself, is strictly prohibited.

[1.3] Claiming credit for the product(s) or asserting ownership or co-ownership of the product is not allowed.

[1.4] Using any of our products requires a valid use license, which can be obtained by purchasing the product from our store. Unauthorized usage will be considered as leaking, resulting in a permanent blacklist from Destiny and its affiliated servers.

[1.5] Transferring your license(s) to others, including redistributing assets, is strictly prohibited and will result in an irrevocable blacklist.

[1.6] All our products are non-refundable, and all purchases are considered final. No refunds or compensation will be provided,

[1.7] All our products are non-refundable, with purchases being final for both Robux and real-world money transactions. Refunds or compensation requests will not be entertained.

[1.8] Violating any of our rules will result in blacklisting. We retain the discretion to blacklist individuals as we deem necessary. Additionally, we reserve the right to revoke your license at any time without prior notice.

[1.9] Engaging in activities such as leaking, asset theft, doxxing, or unauthorized reselling, including claiming others' assets, will lead to a permanent ban from our Discord server. Additionally, any granted or purchased product licenses will be revoked.

[2.0] Users that are blacklisted are prohibited from purchasing licenses for any of our products or utilizing them.

[2.1] If the product purchaser, who is also a developer for another group, incorporates the assets into their games and subsequently leaves, the assets must either be removed or purchased from destiny by another active member involved in the project.

[2.2] Upon purchasing a product from Destiny, be it through Robux or real-world currency, you will receive a use license, granting you permission to utilize the product for your own games. It is important to note that you cannot assert ownership of the product or distribute it; ownership solely resides with Destiny.

[2.3] It's important to note that multiple individuals can purchase the product from Destiny and utilize it for their respective games. The products are not exclusive to a single buyer; anyone is welcome to purchase them from Destiny and integrate them into their game.

[2.4] Legal action, including DMCA proceedings, will be pursued against any group, server, or user found claiming to have created, stolen, resold, or copied Destiny's images, graphics, logos, or formatting images (Removing Destiny branding and product images).

By purchasing or using our license(s) for products, you have read and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. The Terms of Service are subject to change at any time, and you will be informed when such changes occur. However, you must always follow the Terms of Service, even if they change.

We reserve the right to revoke your license for any products at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to take action against any user or group who is breaking any of the rules above and reselling our products without proper permission.
