Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally considered final once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Technical Problems

If you are unable to access or download a purchased product, please contact DevReady Kits through the Contact page.

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by restoring access, providing a replacement download, or correcting the affected file.

If a verified technical issue prevents us from delivering the purchased product and we cannot reasonably resolve the problem, a refund may be issued.

Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate charges for the same order may be refunded.

Change of Mind

Except where required by applicable law, voluntary refunds are generally not provided after a digital product has been accessed or downloaded simply because the customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, did not use the product, or expected functionality or services that were not included in the product description.

Product Descriptions

Customers are encouraged to review the product description, included files, format, compatibility information, and intended audience before purchasing.

Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method whenever supported by the payment processor.
