This policy applies to purchases from our online store worldwide. It covers physical goods, digital products (downloads, licenses, streaming access) and services/subscriptions.

Right to cancel / refunds

• EU customers: You have a 14‑day right to withdraw from distance contracts unless an exception applies (e.g., personalized goods, unsealed digital content after consent). If you consent to immediate digital delivery and we confirm that consent, the right expires.
• Other jurisdictions: Refund rights vary. In the United States there is generally no automatic “change of mind” right; remedies focus on defects, misrepresentation and state consumer laws. In the UK and Australia statutory guarantees protect consumers for faulty or non‑conforming digital content.

Digital products

If you request immediate access to a digital product, you must explicitly consent to start delivery and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights; we will record and email that confirmation.

Refund process

• Request via support@yourdomain.com with order ID.
• Valid refunds processed within 14 days after confirmation of withdrawal or defect resolution (timing may vary by payment method).
