These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Digital Nomad Lifestyle, operated by Smart Digital Growth Pty Ltd as trustee for Smart Digital Marketing Trust, Australia. By purchasing or downloading a product from our Payhip store, you agree to these terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our products are downloadable digital resources, including destination playbooks, score frameworks and related materials. No physical product will be supplied.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Customers are charged once at checkout unless a product is clearly described as a subscription. After successful payment, access is provided through the Payhip download page and by email. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to it.

PERSONAL-USE LICENCE

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal use. You must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense or commercially exploit the product, whether modified or unmodified, without our written permission.

FIRSTHAND INFORMATION AND ACCURACY

Our destination playbooks reflect our personal experiences, opinions and research at the time of preparation. Prices, businesses, transport options, immigration rules, facilities and local conditions can change. We do not guarantee that every detail will remain current or apply to your circumstances.

You should independently verify important information before making travel, accommodation, immigration, financial, medical or safety decisions.

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Our products provide general educational and informational content only. They do not constitute legal, tax, immigration, financial, medical or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your own travel plans, purchases, safety and decisions.

THIRD-PARTY BUSINESSES AND LINKS

Our products may mention or link to accommodation providers, gyms, markets, transport services, applications and other third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these mentions are not sponsored endorsements. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, conduct or performance.

REFUNDS

Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after a product has been accessed or downloaded. This does not exclude any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Please review our Refund Policy or contact us if you receive an incorrect file or experience an access problem.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original text, scoring systems, layouts, branding and other content in our products remain our intellectual property or are used with permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information that has changed, personal travel decisions, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. The version displayed on our store at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless the law requires otherwise.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
