Asset TOS
- You must credit me when using my assets. (eg. Asset name by Dinzee [link to the page of SPECIFIC ASSET you used ])
- You cannot price-split, share, resell, leak, trade or take these assets from models. Please get them yourself via my Gumroad/Payhip/Jinxxy.
- You cannot use the asset or parts of it to create your own for-sale asset. It must be used on FINISHED AVATARS ONLY.
- Do NOT price your finished model lower than the price of the asset used. If you use multiple of my assets you must ensure the price of the avatar is not lower than the highest priced asset bought from me.
- Free assets can be used on: free avatars, nitro avatars, private avatars, public avatars, for-sale avatars.
- Paid assets can be used on: free avatars, nitro avatars, private avatars, public avatars, for-sale avatars.
- For use in a commission avatar, both commissioner and customer need to OWN the asset. The commissioner must also provide a credit list with credit for use of my assets on the model.
- You are allowed to port my assets/avatars to other games, they are origionally made for use in vrchat, but if you want to port them into other games like NeosVR, ChilloutVR, and or Resonite do so!
- My assets are non-refundable digital products. You are responsible for reviewing provided information before purchase.
- To gift my assets to someone else, you MUST INFORM ME BY OPENING A TICKET. You must never purchase and send the files to them.
- You must enter the correct details at checkout, if you do not then you do not have tangible proof for using this asset. I may ask for proof of purchase at any time deemed necessary and you must provide the details.
- If you wish to take MY assets from MY avatar feel free to do so! BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE ASSET WAS MADE BY ME!!! And make sure to CREDIT THE AVATAR PAGE YOU TOOK THE ASSET FROM.
Avatar TOS

- Do NOT set my avatar as public on your account. Setting models for cloning or world pedestals is not allowed.
- Do NOT upload my avatar onto anyone else's account as the purchase made is for your account only and they would need to purchase the avatar themselves.
- Do NOT claim my avatars as your own. Even edited/modified they are my creation and you need to provide credit where necessary.
- If you use my avatar in streaming, you must provide credit in your panels. Even if it has been edited/modified by yourself or commissioned.
- You may commission someone to make edits to this model for you, however you must both already own the avatar or purchase it prior to the commission.
