All Dinzee Assets come with Personal & Commerical Use

• You must credit me (Dinzee_1) when using my assets. Please link the specific asset page, not just my store. (Example: Asset name by Dinzee [link to SPECIFIC ASSET page])
• You cannot price-split, share, resell, leak, trade, or take these assets from models. Please get them yourself via my Gumroad, Payhip, or Jinxxy.
• Do not use my assets (or parts of them) to create your own for-sale assets. They must only be used on FINISHED AVATARS ONLY.
• Do not claim my products as your own, even if you edited them!!!
• Do not share or leak these assets under any circumstances!!!
• Do not gatekeep the avatar or asset if used in content! If used, you  MUST PUBLICLY credit me, Dinzee_1.
• DO NOT REMOVE MY LOGO FROM THE TEXTURES OR THE NORMAL MAPS (more details below).
• You are allowed to port my assets/avatars to other games, including NeosVR, ChilloutVR, and Resonite. They are originally made for VRChat.
• My assets are non-refundable digital products. You are responsible for reviewing all provided information before purchase.
• If you wish to gift an asset, you MUST inform me by opening a ticket. You must not purchase and send files to someone else directly.
• You must enter the correct details at checkout. If you fail to do so, you may not have tangible proof of use and:
• I may ask for proof of purchase at any time.
• IF YOU DO NOT ENTER THE DETAILS CORRECTLY I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE YOUR ACCESS TO SAID PRODUCT AND BAN YOU FROM ALL OF MY STORES.
• To regain access, open a ticket in my Discord server.
• If you wish to take MY asset from one of MY avatars, you are allowed to — but ONLY IF THE ASSET WAS MADE BY ME. Please also credit the avatar page you took it from.
• If you have an issue with a product, open a ticket in the Discord server!

Usage Conditions Based on Purpose:

 You may use paid assets on:

• Your personal models
• Private avatars
• Public avatars
• Avatar commissions (see below)
• For-sale avatars
• Free avatars
• Nitro avatars

 Commission Usage:

• BOTH the COMMISSIONER and THE CLIENT must OWN THE ASSET..
• The commissioner must provide a proper credit list, including the specific asset page.
• If multiple of my assets are used in one avatar, the avatar’s price must not be lower than the highest-priced asset included.

Re-Texturing TOS

• DO NOT REDO THE ENTIRE TEXTURE
• I provide a hueshiftable version for every asset, you may use this in an editing program to get your desired color
• DO NOT REMOVE MY LOGO - this includes from the texture AND normal map
• I usually provide masks, but If you need more masks you can make them.
• If you need a custom texture contact me via my server!
• You may add names, logos, patterns etc to the textures
• DO NOT REPLACE MY LOGO

• If you use my avatar in streaming, you must provide credit in your panels. Even if it has been edited/modified by yourself or commissioned. YOU CANNOT CLAIM OWNERSHIP OR THE DESIGN
• You may commission someone to make edits to this model for you, however you must both already own the avatar or purchase it prior to the commission.

• MY PRICING **WILL** VARY BASED ON WHAT YOU COMMISSION ME, THE TIME IT TAKES AND THE DIFFICULTY OF THE TASK! Contact me through Vgen so I can make an price offer that suits your needs!
• I ask for payment Half now Half later. This means that you have to pay me half up front, and the rest when the avatar/asset will be finished! The final price will often be higher as I mentioned before. I increase the price if I face any difficulties! PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND! I do this in order to protect myself as well as you!

Avatar Commissions

•  price starts at $60, and increases based on difficulty. Keep in mind that Scratch Assets are more sometimes expensive than assets I buy!
• If you commission me for an avatar, please provide a reference sheet, or inspiration photos for what you want me to create! It makes it easier for me to bring your vision into reality!
• If you ask me to buy an asset to put it on an avatar, we must follow the assets TOS. This usually means we BOTH need to purchase the asset! 
• If you ask me to buy an asset to put it on an avatar,  Unless I already own the asset, I will ask for you to pay for it for me. This will be included at the final price.
• If you allow me to sell an altered version of the scratch assets I make for your commission on my shop, the price will decrease. More details below.

IF YOU ALLOW ME TO SELL AN ALTERED VERSION OF THE ASSET YOU COMMISSION ME TO MAKE THE PRICE WILL DECREASE! Depending on your preferences, I will make either Texture adjustment to your assets, or Mesh adjustments. THIS WILL ONLY BE DONE IF YOU AGREE!
