Refunds

Cancellations made 3 business days, or more, in advance of an appointment will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 business hours prior to your appointment are not guaranteed to receive a refund. Contact divinedeana@gmail.com to review your situation. Any readings or spells that have been performed for the client will not receive a refund under any circumstances.

Reservation of Rights

Divine Deana reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and this website at any time. Divine Deana does not ensure that the information on this website is correct, complete, or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is up to date. Divine Deana does not own all of the images presented on the website. All services are metaphysical and delivered digitally. Divine Deana reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the service provided to the client if reasonably required by the prevailing circumstances.
