Please review all policies carefully before placing an order. By purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

💳 Payment Policy

Full payment is required at checkout for all standard (non-custom) items

Custom and bulk orders require a $150 non-refundable deposit to begin the design process

Deposits are applied toward the total order cost

A final invoice will be sent once order details are reviewed

The remaining balance must be paid within 24–48 hours

Production begins only after full payment is received

👉 Production will not begin until all required payments, approvals, and order details are received

💰 Pricing Policy

All prices listed are firm and reflect the quality, time, materials, and services provided

Price matching is not offered under any circumstances

Pricing is set to ensure consistency, fairness, and sustainability of services

🎨 Design Policy & Fees

Basic edits (names, colors, simple changes) are included

Custom and bulk orders requiring design creation are subject to a Custom Design Fee

Design Fee:

Custom Design Creation – $40 per design

Includes up to 2 revisions

Additional Revisions:

$20 per revision after the first 2 revisions

💡 Design fees are non-refundable and cover time spent creating mockups and custom artwork.

🧠 Consultation Services

In-Person Consultation (up to 1 hour) – $30

Additional Time – $15 per 30 minutes

💡 Consultation fees will be added to your final invoice.

🚚 Delivery Policy (UPDATED)

Divine Passion Designs offers multiple delivery options for your convenience. Customers must select the appropriate delivery option at checkout if delivery is requested.

⚠️ Delivery Notes

• Meet-up locations are selected by Divine Passion Designs

• Delivery timing will be confirmed after purchase

• Residential and business delivery must be selected separately

• Failure to select the correct delivery option may result in delays

💡 Delivery fees cover time, travel, and service convenience

🎨 Design Proofs & Approval

Design proofs are provided for custom and personalized orders only

Standard designs shown in product listings are produced as displayed

Production begins after design approval (when applicable)

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details carefully

⏱ Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days

Turnaround time begins after design approval and full payment

Business days do not include weekends or holidays

Bulk & Custom Orders:

Larger orders may require additional production time

Bulk orders may be completed and delivered in phases or sets

Estimated timelines will be provided based on order size and details

👉 Delays may occur if required information, approvals, or payments are not received in a timely manner

⚡ Rush Orders

Rush service may be available for an additional fee

Rush orders must be approved prior to purchase

Availability depends on current workload and order size

Rush services cannot be guaranteed without prior approval

🧵 Custom & Bulk Orders

Detailed order information must be provided at checkout

Logos and images may be uploaded when applicable

Accepted file formats: PNG (transparent), JPG, PDF

Divine Passion Designs is not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution files

Custom pricing and turnaround times may apply

All custom and bulk order sales are final

💼 Tradebank Policy

Tradebank is accepted for qualifying products and services

Payment Structure:

👉 75% Tradebank / 25% Cash

The required cash portion must be paid to cover operational costs

Important Notes:

Tradebank applies to the product portion only

Orders will not begin until both Tradebank and cash portions are received

Failure to follow Tradebank payment terms may result in order delays or cancellation

💼 Business Partner & Loyalty Program Policy

Business partners must place orders through the website to use loyalty or promotional codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout

Discounts will not be applied to invoices

Orders placed via invoice will be charged at standard pricing

💡 This ensures proper tracking and application of all promotional offers.

All designs created by Divine Passion Designs remain the intellectual property of Divine Passion Designs

Ownership Fee:

Logo Copyright/Ownership – $200 (Cash Required)

👉 Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

Divine Passion Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before design approval only

Deposits are non-refundable

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time is separate from production time

Divine Passion Designs is not responsible for carrier delays
