Granting a refund is hard, specially with digital producs, only in a few cases my products can be "refunded", the money won't be refunded but an asset of the same price may be purchased!

Products can be refunded if they meet these requirements within 1 week of purchase:

• Accidentally paid twice of the same product
• Has not downloaded the product at all
