As a small charity we are unable to hold stock, therefore we will have at least one print run per month sent to our supplier. This should mean the longest you will have to wait is a few weeks but we will, of course, do all we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.

If you need to change your order, please email us at shop@dogsnhomes.org.uk and, if we have not submitted it to the supplier we may be able ot change for you.

Yes, you will be able to specify a separate delivery address at the checkout stage.

Sadly not although we aim to increase our deliveries in the run up to Christmas to cope with an increased demand.

No, the postage cost is per order rather than per item, so you will only pay one postage fee.

Sorry, no. As these are made to order we can not offer refunds. If the goods arrive faulty please contact us at shop@dogsnhomes.org.uk and we can arrange a like for like replacement for you.
