As soon as your payment is complete, you’ll see a download link right on the confirmation page — and you’ll also receive an email with your files. You can download them as many times as you need!

You can print at home on any standard printer! I recommend using a slightly heavier paper (24 lb or more) for the best results. You can also upload your files to places like Staples, Office Depot, or an online print shop. If printing at home, use your printers edge to edge printer setting (if it has one) otherwise you will have a white margin/ border around the page.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Due to the digital nature of printable stationery and files, all sales are final. If you experience any technical issues downloading your files, please reach out and a replacement link will be sent.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Fairy Doors):

- Processing Time: Please allow [3-5] business days for your custom item to be packaged and shipped.

- Shipping: Shipped via USPS with tracking. 

- Returns: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within [7] days with a photo and return the damaged package. Once we receive the damaged package we will issue you a new package or a full refund.

Please don’t share or resell the files. Each purchase is for personal use only — but feel free to share the link to my shop if you think a friend would love it!

Sometimes! If you have an idea for a printable or letter you’d love to see, message me — I can often create something just for you or add it to the shop.
