Information we use

We may receive your name, email address, country or tax location, products ordered, order value, payment status, transaction identifiers, download or access information, and messages you send for support. Payment-card and PayPal credentials are processed by Payhip and the relevant payment provider; Donato Goods does not receive your complete payment credentials.

Why we use it

We use order information to supply purchases, provide downloads, answer support requests, prevent misuse, maintain business records and meet legal or tax obligations. The lawful bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store. Marketing messages are sent only where you have chosen to receive them or another lawful basis applies, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared only as necessary with Payhip, payment processors such as PayPal, and service providers used for store operation, communications, accounting or legal compliance. We do not sell personal information. These providers may process information outside the UK under their own privacy terms and appropriate transfer safeguards.

Retention

Order, transaction and accounting records may be kept for up to six years after the relevant tax year, or longer where required by an active legal or tax enquiry. Support correspondence is normally kept for up to two years after the matter is resolved. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; a minimal suppression record may then be retained to respect that choice. Other information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is relied upon. Contact email@donatogoods.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Payhip and payment providers are responsible for information they process under their own notices.

PURCHASES, DOWNLOADS AND REFUNDS

Products are supplied digitally using the formats, contents and system requirements stated on each product page. Please check those details before ordering and keep a secure backup after download.

Because downloads are supplied immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after access or download where the cancellation right has been lawfully waived. This does not affect statutory rights. If content is faulty, inaccessible, materially not as described or does not perform as stated, contact email@donatogoods.com with the order details and a description of the problem. Donato Goods will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include assistance, replacement, repair or refund as required by applicable law.

LICENCE AND ACCEPTABLE USE

A purchase grants only the usage rights stated in the licence included with that product. Unless the included licence expressly says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, share, publish or offer the original files as a competing product. Open-source components remain subject to their stated open-source licences. Product names, artwork, documentation and other Donato Goods materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Do not use the products unlawfully, to violate another person's rights, or in a way intended to damage systems or services. You are responsible for checking compatibility, maintaining backups and testing software or scripts in a safe environment before production use.
