By purchasing or using any avatar from DVN Designs, you agree to the following terms:

Usage Rights

• Personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
• Avatar may only be uploaded to your own VRChat account(s).
• You may edit the avatar, but edits do not transfer ownership.

Absolutely No Asset Mining

• You may edit the avatar, but the original model must remain recognizable as my work.
• You are NOT allowed to extract, reuse, rip, or redistribute any part of my avatar including:
• edits / sculpts / proportions
• meshes / textures / materials
• clothing / accessories
• systems / features
• You cannot take any of my sculpting work, mesh edits, or modifications and use them on other models.
• No exceptions. No asset mining whatsoever.

Credit Required

If you use my avatar in any public content, you must credit:

DVN Designs / Donovun

This includes:

• Any kind of social media content (YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Any edited version of the avatar

No Sharing or Reselling

You are not allowed to:

• share the files
• upload the avatar publicly
• give it to friends/partners/alts
• resell, trade, or reupload it for others

Each purchase is for one user only.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds for digital goods, accidental purchases, Unity/SDK issues, or buyer remorse.
• Chargebacks will result in a permanent blacklist.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use my avatars for:

• VRChat/Platform TOS-breaking content
• harassment, hate, or impersonation
• NSFW content involving minors (zero tolerance)
• uploading to ripping/leak sites

Agreement

By purchasing or using any DVN Designs avatar, you acknowledge and agree to this TOS in full.
