How do I access my pattern purchases?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your pattern file (pdf). 


If you create a Customer Account and log in before checking out, all your patterns will be available in a library you can access anytime by clicking on the account icon in the upper right (between search and cart). Only patterns purchased after creating an account will automatically show up but you can migrate older purchases by clicking on the download link for one of those purchases and then clicking on the "Get Started" button. You can always check out as a guest but you'll need to download the file from the link in the email to access the pattern. You should save the email in case you need to download the pattern again in the future.

How can I use a coupon?

First, add patterns to your cart.


Next, click on the "Checkout" button. A new window will pop up. Click on "Add Coupon" (just above the Paypal button) and a new box will appear.


Add your coupon code and the discount price should now be displayed.


Do not checkout if you do not see the discount. I can't issue a refund after you complete checkout.

I get an error when trying to download my pattern. What should I do?

All patterns are delivered as PDF files; sometimes the file size can be large if it is an especially long and detailed pattern.


Try downloading on a computer instead of your mobile device.
