Pastor Louisa is a teacher, mentor, entrepreneur, wife, conference

speaker and the Leading Lady and Executive Pastor of Kingdom

Vision Center. As an ordained pastor, she provides visionary

leadership and oversees key areas of the ministry, including

operations, administration, finance, human resources, marketing,

and social media. Pastor Louisa is honored to serve alongside her

husband, Apostle Michael Handy, as they faithfully pursue and

fulfill the vision God has entrusted to their ministry.

She is the Founder of the L.O.V.E. Women’s Ministry (Ladies of Vision

and Empowerment), as well as Wife Life Tribe, where she equips

women to embrace their divine calling as godly wives with

confidence and purpose.

Pastor Louisa holds a degree in Psychology–Christian Counseling

and is a proud inductee of the National Society for Collegiate

Scholars. She is also a Certified Re-Entry Employment Specialist

with the Federal Offender Employment Program of the State of

Delaware. Pastor Louisa received her honorary doctorate from the

School of the Great Commission Bible College in Columbia, South

Carolina.
