I am a 26 year lady and have worked as a doctor in the UK for the last three years.
Over the course of around 8 years I have changed my lifestyle and managed to tone up, lose weight and keep fit. With trial, error, perseverance and a splash of medical knowledge I have created a plan designed to help with your weight loss and fitness goals over the course of 30 days. I hope that in following this you will start to develop healthy habits to set you up for life and maintain your new healthier physique and mind set.
In my free time I enjoy runnning, ice skating, swimming and spending times with my loved ones. As well as health and fitness, I have an interest in mental health and hope to pursue this in my career.
