Why has my cup separated?

We aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible. As a small business run by just two people, processing times may take a little longer—but we always do our very best to get your items out promptly and with care.

Please note that our snow globe tumblers require a 3-day degassing period. This means the earliest these orders can be shipped is three days after purchase to ensure the best quality!

A snow globe tumbler is a double-walled cup that’s designed to look like a snow globe when you shake it. The inside layer is filled with a liquid mixture along with glitter, sequins, or other decorative pieces. When you shake the tumbler, the glitter floats and falls slowly—just like a real snow globe.

People love them because they’re super cute, customizable, and fun to use, especially for iced drinks (these do function as drink bottles still)

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. All of our products are handmade and take a significant amount of time, care, and effort to perfect.

If you receive a damaged cup or product, we are more than happy to help. Simply provide a clear photo showing the damage, and we will process a refund or replacement as needed.

We frequently go live on our TikTok page and love making your cups during our livestreams. However, there are times when we get very busy and may not be able to create every order on live.

If we can’t make your cup during a livestream, we will record a video of the process and post it on our TikTok page so you can still watch your cup being made.

We currently ship Australia-wide, New Zealand, and UK- Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales. As our business continues to grow, we hope to expand our shipping options even further. For now, these are the two locations we proudly serve. Thank you for supporting our small business! 💕

Our shipping is very standard for small businesses, we try to make it as cheap as possible for you guys. However, our shipping fee covers not only the postage cost at the post office but also the time and materials required to safely package your order and hand-deliver it for dispatch.

Please note that sometimes specific glitters may be unavailable, but we will always do our best to match your preferences and create a tumbler that’s perfectly tailored to you. 💕

Yes! If you know us personally and would prefer not to pay for shipping, we’re happy to deliver your order directly to you. Simply send us an email through the contact page on our website, and we’ll organise it for you.

Please note there is a $5 delivery fee to cover our time and petrol. Thank you for supporting our small business! 💕

Express Post only expedites the delivery time after your order has been shipped. Once dispatched, Express Post delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, compared to 2–7 business days with standard shipping.

Please note that Express Post does not reduce production time. All cups are made in order of our production lineup. However, if customers ahead of you are unavailable, your cup may be completed sooner.

For glitter cups, a 2–4 day degassing period is still required to ensure the best quality and finish. This step cannot be rushed, as it helps prevent bubbles and ensures long-lasting results.
