We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. All of our products are handmade and take a significant amount of time, care, and effort to perfect.
If you receive a damaged cup or product, we are more than happy to help. Simply provide a clear photo showing the damage, and we will process a refund or replacement as needed. However! Once the cup has been shipped by us, we are no longer responsible for it, it becomes Australia Posts issue if damaged in transit. You can submit an online complaint to Auspost and they will sort it out for you. We personally will not refund you for the damage to your cup in transit. Additionally, if you have had the cup for more than 2 weeks and then you see the damage Australia post may reject your claim, as you are required to do an in person evaluation of the packaging with AusPost.
