An order is considered accepted once it has been processed and dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been confirmed.

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of ordering (this excludes custom orders).

We recommend and encourage locals (anywhere in the GTA, Durham Region-ON, Canada or nearby in a 2 hour radius) to pick up their orders in person in order to save costs on shipping and delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and there are no returns.

Drink Zindagie is not responsible for any late, damaged or lost products or packaging.

We also do not offer refunds unless an order has been cancelled within three days from the order date.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
