Make sure all order information being provided is accurate and legitimate

An order is considered accepted once it has been processed and dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been confirmed.

Orders cannot be cancelled

We recommend and encourage locals (anywhere in the GTA, Durham Region-ON, Canada or nearby in a 2 hour radius) to pick up their orders in person if able to- in order to save costs on shipping and delivery. To select this option, please send an email to us along with information about the product you wish to purchase and do not order from the website (if you choose pickup). If you are more than 30 minutes late, your order will be shipped to you (there will be no late fee but you will be responsible for the shipping fee).

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and there are no returns.

Drink Zindagie is not responsible for any late, damaged or lost products or packaging.

We also do not offer refunds
