Bradford Grant Boyle was born in Salt Lake City in 1960. At fifteen he took over Japanese Giants, one of the earliest Godzilla fanzines, and today he preserves that era in his Early Kaiju Fandom series. He played college basketball, competed in freestyle Frisbee, played in the bands Primal Scream and The Consumers, and lived in Taipei in the 1990s. He wrote Intergalactic Language Mercenary in 1992, absurdist science fiction in the spirit of Kurt Vonnegut and Hunter S. Thompson, and revised it for its 2026 audiobook. It is part of a trilogy with Ziebrig: Origins and the upcoming Ziebrig: Exodus. More at wikibrad.com.
