£2.99 - Orders up to £10.00

When will my order be dispatched? How long will it take?

Most orders are dispatched usually within 2 days of us receiving your completed order. Orders placed at the weekend or on a national holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK orders are usually sent using Royal Mail 1st Class which aims to deliver within 1 working day. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no.

We now ship physical products to mainland UK only.

Apologies to our EU & International customers. As a small family run business, the changes brought about by Brexit, proved to be too prohibitive for us to continue shipping outside of mainland UK.

Additional information

We want to keep our shipping costs fair and as low as possible for all our customers. Our shipping charges are based on the cost of Royal Mail postage + packaging cost + a small handling fee.

We are more than happy to refund your shipping cost if you live in the West Yorkshire region and wish to collect your order in person, please email sarah@duckeggthreads.co.uk to discuss.

We are in the process of changing all our packaging to sustainable and recyclable solutions. It is our belief that we need to substantially reduce the use of plastic for the sake of the world’s environment.

Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their address is entered correctly during checkout. We are NOT responsible for any orders that are sent to the wrong address from being incorrectly inputted by the customer.

Digital Products

There are no shipping restrictions on digital products (i.e. PDF) as they are available for automatic download.

Taxes

Our website platform automatically handles all appropriate taxes (including EU & UK VAT) associated with purchasing digital products for personal use.
