By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any product from Dulse Bear (via Payhip or discord.gg/DulseBear), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all content under the Dulse Bear brand, including but not limited to avatars, assets, and digital files.

1.1 Eligibility

To access or use any Dulse Bear content, you must be 15 years of age or older. Our creations may include themes not suitable for younger users.

1.2 Breach of Terms

Failure to follow these rules can result in immediate removal from both our Payhip store and Discord server. Users who are banned will lose all usage rights to Dulse Bear content, and legal action such as DMCA claims may be pursued.

1.3 Digital Sales Are Final

All purchases are non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, no returns or reimbursements will be offered.

1.4 Your Responsibility

By choosing to purchase, you confirm that you’ve reviewed and accepted these terms. Dulse Bear is not liable for misunderstandings due to a lack of reading or awareness.

1.5 Basic Knowledge Required

Before buying, make sure you understand the basics of Unity and uploading VRChat content. Support will not be provided for issues caused by a lack of user experience or preparation.

1.6 Original Creations

Custom assets designed for specific Dulse Bear avatars are not to be copied, reused, or imitated — even after public release.

1.7 Usage Restrictions After Ban

Users who are banned or blocked from our platforms are strictly forbidden from using any Dulse Bear content, including free items, paid content, textures, server exclusives, and more.

1.8 Legacy Content Notice

Please note that older avatar packages or outdated files may encounter compatibility or performance issues during import or uploading.

License Terms & Usage Rules

2.1 Personal Use Only

All Dulse Bear avatars are sold under a non-transferable, personal-use license. Only the original purchaser is authorized to use the product.

2.2 Checkout Accuracy

Providing false or incomplete information during purchase (such as fake usernames or emails) will immediately invalidate your access and rights to any Dulse Bear content.

2.3 Platform Restriction

These avatars are developed exclusively for use in VRChat. Any use outside of this platform is strictly prohibited.

2.4 No Redistribution or Public Uploads

You may not resell, trade, split the cost of, or distribute these avatars in any way. Publicly uploading or wearing a Dulse Bear avatar as a public model on VRChat is not allowed under any circumstances.

2.5 Ownership Disclaimer

Even if modifications or customizations are made, you may not present any Dulse Bear avatar or product as your original work.

2.6 Asset Usage and Sourcing

• Assets used in Dulse Bear avatars must be sourced directly from the credited creators.
• You may not extract, reuse, or repurpose any asset directly from a Dulse Bear avatar.
• Custom or exclusive assets that are not sold separately may not be copied or redistributed in any form.

2.7 No Asset Extraction or Deconstruction

You are not allowed to unpack or reverse-engineer any part of a Dulse Bear model for personal or commercial gain.

2.8 Mesh Restrictions (Head & Body)

The custom head and body meshes used in Dulse Bear avatars may not be duplicated, reused, or edited. These meshes are final and are not to be altered or repurposed under any condition.

2.9 Prohibited Use Cases

Dulse Bear content is strictly forbidden in any work associated with:

• Childlike or "loli" avatars
• NSFW involving minors or minor-coded characters
• NFTs or blockchain-related projects

2.10 One Account Rule

Each purchase allows upload to one VRChat account only. If you need access for a second account, you must contact support and request permission.

2.11 Materials & Model Recreation

• You may not replicate or reuse material settings from Dulse Bear avatars in other projects.
• Recreating any Dulse Bear avatar — regardless of its age — is strictly prohibited.

2.12 No File Sharing

Sharing, leaking, or distributing any files from Dulse Bear products — paid or free — is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate blacklist and possible legal action.

Asset Licensing & Usage Guidelines

3.1 License Type

Dulse Bear assets come with a commercial license for the creator and a personal-use license for the buyer. This means as a buyer, you may use these assets in your personal VRChat projects but not for redistribution unless otherwise permitted. (See Section 4 for further personal-use restrictions.)

3.2 Accuracy at Checkout

Providing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information during purchase (including usernames or emails) immediately forfeits your right to use any purchased asset.

3.3 Platform Limitation

All Dulse Bear assets are developed exclusively for use within VRChat. Use in any other game, engine, or platform is not authorized.

3.4 Redistribution Is Prohibited

Under no condition may you share, resell, or split the cost of Dulse Bear assets with others. All purchases are strictly individual.

3.5 Editing Does Not Grant Ownership

Even if you modify or customize the asset, you may not claim authorship or original creation of any Dulse Bear product.

3.6 Commercial Use Requires Credit

If you're using Dulse Bear assets on any avatar or project you intend to sell or distribute, proper credit must be included.

Required credit: "Asset by Dulse Bear - [Payhip] or [discord.gg/DulseBear]" in the product’s description or listing.

3.7 Where You Can Use Assets

You are allowed to apply Dulse Bear assets on personal, private, public, Nitro-gated, or commercially sold avatars — as long as these Terms are followed.

3.8 Logo Protection

The Dulse Bear logo, watermark, or branding must not be altered, removed, covered, or Photoshopped out of any asset under any circumstance.

3.9 No Unauthorized File Distribution

Leaking, sending, or sharing Dulse Bear files — including modified versions — is strictly forbidden and may lead to bans or legal action.

Content Creation & Crediting Guidelines

4.1 Required Credit for Streaming Use

If you feature a Dulse Bear avatar on any live or recorded content platform — including TikTok, Twitch, Kick, OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar — you must include a visible link to the Dulse Bear store or to the specific avatar used somewhere on your profile, stream info, or description.

4.2 Monetized Content Requires Credit

If you earn money while using a Dulse Bear avatar (through tips, subscriptions, sales, etc.), credit is mandatory. This includes use on streaming platforms or in any situation where the avatar contributes to financial gain. (See also Section 3 regarding commercial usage.)

4.3 Promotion of Your Own Work

If you're showcasing or advertising your own custom content — such as textures, worlds, or 3D assets — while using a Dulse Bear avatar, you are required to provide visible credit to Dulse Bear in your promotional material.

4.4 Social Tags – Optional but Appreciated

While you're not obligated to tag me on personal posts, I absolutely love seeing my creations in the wild! If you’d like to share, tag @dulsebear on social media platforms.

Avatar Editing Policy

You are allowed to customize and modify Dulse Bear avatars within certain boundaries to preserve creator rights and proper use:

• Edits must be strictly for personal use.
• Dulse Bear branding, including names and logos, must remain visible in the FBX files and avatar menus.
• All edited versions must be uploaded privately to your own VRChat account — not shared or made public.

5.1 No Public Distribution of Edits

Publicly sharing, uploading, or redistributing an edited version of a Dulse Bear avatar is strictly forbidden. If found, your access will be revoked, and your account may be reported or banned from the store and community without notice.

5.2 Credit Is Required for Edits

If you showcase or post your edited version of a Dulse Bear avatar, please credit the original model clearly as:

“Edited version of [Model Name] by Dulse Bear.”

5.3 No Changes to Core Meshes

Modifications to the original head or body sculpts are not allowed. This includes full swaps with other heads or bodies. These base meshes are protected and cannot be edited, reused, or reuploaded — even in private.

5.4 Avatar Must Remain Recognizable

Your custom version must still be clearly identifiable as a Dulse Bear creation. To ensure this:

• At least 2–3 original mesh parts (excluding body/head) must remain.
• Merged meshes with the body or head do not count toward this rule.
• Uploading a version that only retains the head or body mesh may be treated as asset ripping and will result in an immediate ban.

Important: Dulse Bear’s base body and head edits are not authorized for reuse, personal repackaging, or commercial release — under any circumstances.

Gifting Policy

If you choose to gift a Dulse Bear product, you must follow these conditions carefully to ensure the license is properly assigned and terms are respected:

6.1 Accurate Email for Recipient

When gifting a product, the recipient’s email address must be entered first at the top of the checkout form. This ensures the license is correctly registered to them.

6.2 Both Parties Must Be Listed

At checkout, you are required to provide both the recipient’s and your own information. Orders without complete information may be considered invalid and subject to review or cancellation.

6.3 License Belongs to the Recipient Only

When you gift a Dulse Bear avatar or asset, only the recipient has the legal right to use it. As the gifter, you do not receive any license or usage rights unless you make a separate purchase for your own account.

6.4 Gifting to Banned Users Is Not Allowed

You may not gift Dulse Bear content to any individual who is banned or blocked from the Dulse Bear Discord or store. Doing so may result in your own account being banned as well, and the gifted license will be voided.

7.1 Upload Guides for Recent Avatars

For any Dulse Bear avatars starting with Fia and later, please refer to the upload tutorial video available in the Dulse Bear Discord server. It contains everything you need to get started.

7.2 Support & Questions

If you need help beyond uploading, please head over to the Help forum within the Discord server and open a topic. Our community and support team will do their best to assist you.

7.3 No Upload Services Offered

We do not offer personal upload services. As noted earlier, buyers are expected to have basic Unity knowledge prior to purchasing. If you're unfamiliar with Unity or avatar setup, we recommend learning those essentials first.
