I’m a licensed medical massage therapist with over 20 years of experience and a strong sports medicine background. I’ve spent my career running my own solo practice in North Carolina while teaching continuing education classes to fellow LMTs.

After two decades in the trenches, I got tired of watching great therapists struggle with the stuff they never taught us in school — like that client who treats your table like their personal therapy couch, or realizing your “flexible schedule” means working every evening.

So I created practical tools that solve the real daily challenges of this profession: better boundaries, smarter business systems, safety protocols, clinical documentation, and getting properly paid.

I also design fun, humorous digital artwork for T-shirts and mugs that let us laugh at the beautiful chaos of being a massage therapist.
