Hi, I’m Nicole Ehigie—a proud Texas native, mother, entrepreneur, and now, the author of The Hidden Gems of Free Learning Tools. My journey hasn’t been traditional, but it’s one I’m incredibly proud of. From overcoming learning disabilities like dyslexia to navigating life as a single mom, I’ve learned to turn challenges into stepping stones.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about empowering others, whether through caregiving, entrepreneurship, or education. My journey in self-learning began out of necessity—juggling life, kids, and limited resources meant I had to get creative. With only a GED, I learned how to "certify up" and taught myself new skills using free tools, proving that resourcefulness and determination are far more important than fancy degrees or expensive courses. I still want and use them tho.

This passion led me to write The Hidden Gems of Free Learning Tools. It’s more than just a guide—it’s a reflection of my belief that everyone deserves access to knowledge and the opportunity to succeed. My hope is that this book will inspire you to embrace your unique path and equip you with the tools and strategies to achieve your dreams.

When I’m not writing or helping others master new skills, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family, mentoring others, or diving into creative projects. I also run a nonprofit, Olani Foundation, focused on empowering underprivileged communities through education and skill-building.
