Payhip automatically sends you an email receipt after a successful purchase. The email includes a unique link for you to download the pattern that you have purchased. Click on the "Download Now" button to download the files.

Sign in to your account to download the files.

If you haven't received your email receipt, first check your junk email folder. If you already have an account on the website, you can download the pattern from your account. If you do not have an account on the website and still have problems, please contact me at ENDesigns@shaw.ca. Please let me know which pattern you purchased and which email address you used to purchase the pattern. This helps me locate the purchase quickly so I can resend you a receipt with the download link. You will receive a response within 48 hours, but usually much sooner.

To print out the PDF patterns, I recommend using Adobe Acrobat PDF Printer. This is a free program that you can download to your device. Adobe Reader
DO NOT open the PDF pattern and print from a web browser.
Download and save to your computer or laptop. DO NOT try to print from a phone or tablet.
Patterns are formatted to print on letter size paper. When printing, select to print at "Actual Size" or 100% with no scaling.
Measure the 1" test square provided on the pattern pages.

Customer accounts allow customers to view all their purchased products from one place. They can login at any time and get access to their products.
Click on the top right person icon. A log-in page will be shown and if you haven't created an account you can now. Click on Create Account and create your account. You can now purchase your pattern and choose payment options.

Create an account. Visit one of your old download pages. A light blue box will appear asking if you would like to add this product to your customer account. Click the Get Started button, log in to your account and confirm the e-mail you used for the transaction.
Payhip will immediately add all transactions to the account.

Click on the Contact button on the top of the Homepage. This takes you directly to the contact page where you can put your message. I normally respond within 48 hours and usually much sooner.

Yes, you can use a debit/credit card through PayPal. Select PayPal at the checkout and you will see an option at the bottom to pay using a card. Use that link.

STEP 1
After you add the product(s) to your cart and are ready to check out, enter your email address and first and last name.
STEP 2
Click on the 'Add coupon' button.
STEP 3
Enter the coupon code and click on the 'ADD COUPON' button.
STEP 4
The coupon code has been applied successfully! Click on the 'CONTINUE WITH PURCHASE' button.
STEP 5
If you have an account, click 'Log in' to access your account and complete the checkout process. If you're a guest, click 'PayPal' to checkout.

Yes, you may sell items made from my patterns in small quantities. Large scale manufacturing is not permitted.
