About Emerald Support Welcome Centre Company Limited By Guarantee

Emerald Support Welcome Centre CLG (ESWC CLG) is a non-profit company based in Ireland. We help newcomers learn, settle and thrive. Immigrants, international protection applicants, international students and families come to Ireland every year from all over the world, and for many of them, language is the first barrier. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to communicate with confidence, understand the services around them, and take a full part in Irish life.

Our resources are practical and easy to follow, and they are written with real life in Ireland in mind. Our first publication, English for Professionals – Level 1, is a complete 12-week beginner’s workbook. It covers everyday English for healthcare, banking, transport, work and the local community.

ESWC CLG was founded by Pastor Akinbola Sanuade, who has many years of experience supporting migrants and families in communities across Ireland.
