Latanya DuBois is a mom, wife, friend, Reiki Master, sister, educator, mentor, Life Coach, Business Mentor, Business Therapist, professional trainer and speaker with a zeal for life. And that is only what she is during waking hours. She began her career in the nonprofit sector over 20 years ago. Through her vast experience with several nonprofits and for-profits, and her growth to leadership positions, Latanya branched out on her own to create, own and operate a consulting firm; Eagle E.Y.E. Management, LLC in 2008, which has since birthed the Operating Room and the CEO Wellness Retreat. Her special interests are Evaluation and Organizational Development, women services and enrichment, family engagement, community services and enrichment, spiritual development, personal and business development, advocacy, and joy rising (As Oprah would say).

Latanya is a wife to a wonderful partner, Tawana, of 23 years and is a mother to 7 children in a blended family who is committed to supporting children and families with their journey towards self discovery, family stability and community support. Latanya and her wife Tawana started a non profit organization, Forever Bonded, in 2020 that provides support, training and retreats to families and communities to enrich the family bond. It is their hope to support those who want to live their highest calling in life and she is dedicated to using her many skills and talents to help them achieve their dreams.
