I am Aaron Fields a certified new parent educator, postpartum doula, lactation educator, and an infant mental health endorsement. I completed my Master of Science in Human Development and Early Childhood Disorders at the University of Texas Dallas school of Behavioral and Brain Sciences. This applied-honors program has given me additional knowledge as well as ability to utilize evidence-based strategies providing services to young children with special needs and their families. I have had the opportunity to observe and provide direct services in various settings, such as adoption agency, foster care settings, hospitals, clinics, specialized developmental programming, state early intervention programs, non-profit programs for at risk children and families, private/public preschools, as well as center-based group programs for children with special needs. I am experienced in various diagnostic assessments of development, interpreting results, and creating therapeutic intervention plans and goals.
