This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, transactions, and digital product acquisitions made from Eastern Development Studios (“Eastern Development Studios,” “EDS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Refund Policy is incorporated into and governed by the Terms of Service. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Product, you explicitly agree to this Refund Policy in full and acknowledge that it is legally binding.

1. Agreement at Purchase

By completing a purchase from Eastern Development Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service and this Refund Policy in full prior to payment. You acknowledge that your agreement is formed at the moment of checkout and payment confirmation, and that access to digital Products constitutes full delivery of the purchased item.

You further acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review all Product descriptions, requirements, previews, and compatibility information before completing any purchase.

2. General Refund Rule

All sales are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is completed and access is granted to any Product, the transaction is considered fully fulfilled and irreversible. No refunds, returns, cancellations, or payment reversals are permitted after delivery of digital goods.

This applies regardless of satisfaction, expectations, usage status, or project outcome.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances (General)

Refunds will not be issued for any reason including but not limited to misunderstanding of Product functionality, failure to read documentation, buyer’s remorse, accidental purchase, lack of technical knowledge, dissatisfaction with quality, expectation mismatch, or changes in project direction.

Refunds are also not provided due to delays in usage, partial usage, modification of the Product, or inability to integrate with external systems not originally included in the Product.

4. Product Compatibility Responsibility

All Products are provided with the understanding that the buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their own systems, projects, and environments within Roblox Corporation.

Eastern Development Studios does not guarantee compatibility with all games, frameworks, plugins, or custom systems. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the Product meets their technical requirements before purchase.

No refunds will be issued due to compatibility issues arising from third-party systems, custom code, or modifications made after purchase.

5. Asset Usage Violation Rules

Any violation of the Terms of Service, including unauthorized distribution, resale, sharing, leaking, or misuse of Products, immediately voids any eligibility for support or refund consideration.

If a Product is found to be used in violation of license terms, Eastern Development Studios reserves the right to revoke access, terminate licenses, and deny any refund request permanently.

Violations include but are not limited to redistribution, resale, leaking files, claiming ownership, or using Products in competing asset packs or unauthorized marketplaces.

6. Unauthorized Purchases

Eastern Development Studios is not responsible for purchases made without proper authorization, including purchases made by minors, third parties, hacked accounts, or users without account permission.

All transactions completed through an account are considered valid and authorized at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for unauthorized purchases, and customers are responsible for securing their accounts and payment methods.

7. Duplicate Purchases

Duplicate purchases are considered user responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for accidental duplicate transactions unless explicitly approved at the sole discretion of Eastern Development Studios.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify prior ownership before completing additional purchases of the same Product.

8. Roblox Asset Protection and Digital Enforcement

All Products are protected digital assets owned exclusively by Eastern Development Studios and are subject to strict intellectual property protection. Unauthorized use, copying, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement actions including DMCA takedowns, account reporting, and legal action.

Protection of digital assets applies regardless of modification, partial use, or integration into other systems.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they understand what they are purchasing before completing checkout. This includes reviewing descriptions, previews, requirements, and compatibility information.

Customers are also responsible for proper storage, usage, and implementation of all Products after delivery. Eastern Development Studios is not responsible for errors caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow included instructions.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute after receiving access to Products is strictly prohibited. Such actions constitute a violation of this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Eastern Development Studios reserves the right to revoke all licenses, terminate access to Products, blacklist the customer from future purchases, and submit evidence of delivery including transaction logs, download records, and communication history to payment processors or financial institutions.

Chargeback abuse may be treated as fraudulent activity.

11. Limited Refund Exception

In very rare and exceptional circumstances, Eastern Development Studios may approve a refund at its sole discretion. These exceptions are not guaranteed, do not create precedent, and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, the customer’s license is immediately terminated, and they are required to permanently delete all copies, backups, modified versions, and derivative works of the Product.

12. Agreement Confirmation

By purchasing from Eastern Development Studios, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety. You acknowledge that all sales are final, that you are responsible for reviewing all Product information prior to purchase, and that you accept full responsibility for your decision to complete the transaction.
