Welcome to Eastern Development Studios (“Eastern Development Studios,” “EDS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of all digital products, services, files, assets, and content sold or distributed by Eastern Development Studios, including but not limited to Roblox .rbxl, .rbxlx, .rbxm, scripts, models, systems, maps, vehicles, UI assets, audio, textures, graphics, and related digital content (“Products”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Product from Eastern Development Studios, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase, access, or use our Products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Products from Eastern Development Studios. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Product, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and platform rules, including the Terms of Use of Roblox Corporation. Eastern Development Studios reserves the right to refuse service, revoke licenses, or terminate access if it is determined that a purchaser does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms.

2. Nature of Products

Eastern Development Studios sells digital downloadable assets intended for use within the Roblox platform and related development environments. Products may include .rbxl files, .rbxm files, Lua scripts, models and meshes, vehicle systems, firefighting systems, UI systems, sound assets, maps and environments, animations, configuration systems, and other digital development assets. All Products are licensed, not sold, and no ownership rights are transferred to the customer.

3. License Grant

Subject to full compliance with these Terms and successful payment, Eastern Development Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Product solely for your personal or commercial Roblox game projects. This license allows you to use the Product in your Roblox game or games, modify the Product for internal use within your own project, publish games containing the Product on Roblox, and use the Product for one individual or one development group or team unless otherwise specified in writing.

You may modify or edit the Product for your own internal use; however, modification of the Product does not grant you ownership rights, resale rights, redistribution rights, sublicensing rights, or any right to commercially exploit the Product outside the scope of this license. Modified versions, edited versions, derivative works, partial components, and adapted versions of the Product remain subject to these Terms and remain the intellectual property of Eastern Development Studios. This license does not grant ownership of the Product or any intellectual property rights.

4. Strict Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, trade, sublicense, share, leak, upload, transfer, or otherwise distribute any Product or Product file in any form, whether modified or unmodified. You may not give away Products for free, claim Products as your own work, repackage Products for resale, or upload Product files to asset stores, GitHub repositories, Discord servers, cloud storage platforms, forums, marketplaces, or any other public or private distribution platform. You may not use any Product or modified version of a Product to create competing asset packs, systems, or commercial products.

You may not remove copyright notices, ownership notices, branding, watermarks, or identifying marks contained within any Product. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or dissecting proprietary systems for redistribution purposes is strictly prohibited. Products may not be used in connection with scams, malicious activity, illegal conduct, infringing content, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, sharing, leaking, or misuse of Products constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate license termination, revocation of access to Products and services, DMCA takedown notices, legal action, claims for financial damages, and permanent bans from future purchases or support.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Products, files, systems, scripts, branding, logos, names, designs, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Eastern Development Studios unless otherwise stated. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Purchasing a Product does not transfer copyright ownership, trademark rights, source ownership, commercial redistribution rights, or white-label rights. You acknowledge that Eastern Development Studios retains full ownership of all Products and derivative original components, even after modification by the customer.

6. No Redistribution or Resale

Under no circumstances may any Product be resold, redistributed, traded, shared, leaked, decompiled for redistribution, or included in another asset package for sale or free release. This restriction applies regardless of whether modifications were made, whether the Product is used partially or fully, whether the distribution is public or private, or whether money is exchanged. Unauthorized redistribution is considered copyright infringement and license theft.

7. Team Usage Rules

If you purchase a Product on behalf of a Roblox group or development team, only active members directly working on the project may access the files, and team members may not reuse the Product outside the licensed project. Ownership of the license remains with the original purchaser or approved entity. If a team member leaves the project, they must delete all copies of the Product in their possession and may not retain backups or reused components. Eastern Development Studios reserves the right to request proof of compliance.

8. Payment Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing from Eastern Development Studios, you agree that all payments are final regardless of reason, dispute, dissatisfaction, technical issues, compatibility problems, misunderstandings, or any other circumstance. You also agree not to fraudulently dispute or reverse legitimate charges, not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks, and not to falsely claim non-delivery after receiving Products. Because digital goods are delivered instantly or substantially immediately, refunds are not provided.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a customer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or claim after receiving access to Products, the license granted under these Terms immediately terminates, all rights to use the Product are revoked, the customer must immediately cease all usage of the Product, and the customer must permanently delete all copies of the Product. Eastern Development Studios may revoke access to support, updates, and future purchases. Eastern Development Studios reserves the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of delivery, submit logs, messages, download records, and transaction records to payment processors, pursue legal remedies for fraud or damages, and blacklist users from future purchases. Chargeback abuse may constitute fraud.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, refunds are not provided under any circumstances. All purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, lack of technical knowledge, incompatibility with custom systems not disclosed before purchase, failure to read product descriptions, Roblox updates or third-party changes, team disputes, accidental purchases, or preference changes. If a refund is ever issued at our sole discretion or as required by law, your license to use the Product immediately terminates and you must permanently delete all Product files and derivatives.

11. Product Updates and Support

Eastern Development Studios may provide updates, patches, fixes, or support at its discretion. We are not obligated to provide lifetime updates, maintain compatibility indefinitely, continue support forever, or customize Products for customers. Support may be refused for modified files, leaked copies, unauthorized users, Terms violations, or harassment or abusive behavior.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Eastern Development Studios does not guarantee error-free operation, continuous compatibility, bug-free performance, uninterrupted functionality, or compatibility with all Roblox updates or third-party systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastern Development Studios shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, Roblox moderation actions, account bans, or project losses. Our total liability relating to any Product or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Product.

14. Termination

Eastern Development Studios may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate these Terms, redistribute Products, attempt chargebacks, engage in fraud, misuse Products, or violate intellectual property rights. Upon termination, all licenses immediately end, you must cease all use of Products, and you must delete all copies and backups. Termination does not limit our legal rights or remedies.

15. DMCA and Enforcement

Eastern Development Studios actively enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized uploads, leaks, redistribution, or resale may result in DMCA takedown notices, marketplace reports, Roblox abuse reports, payment dispute evidence submissions, and legal action. We reserve all rights to protect our intellectual property.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws applicable in the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms may be resolved in the appropriate courts with jurisdiction over Eastern Development Studios.

17. Modifications to Terms

Eastern Development Studios may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Products after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Eastern Development Studios regarding the use of Products and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product from Eastern Development Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agree that you have read through the entire Terms of Service in full and accept them completely.
