All products are delivered instantly via digital download after successful payment. No physical items are shipped.

3. Account & Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features or download purchased products. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.

4. Purchases & Payments

• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes (handled via Payhip).
• Payment is processed securely through Payhip and its payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded (see Refund Policy below).
• After successful payment, download links are sent via email and available in your account.

5. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the downloaded products for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following:

You may:

• Distribute your final work (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, client projects, etc.)

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the raw/unmodified files
• Claim ownership or copyright of the original assets
• Use the assets in illegal, pornographic, hateful, or defamatory content
• Use the assets to train AI models or compete with EchoPixel Studio

All intellectual property rights remain with EchoPixel Studio.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable except in the following cases:

• The product is significantly defective or does not match the description (contact us within 7 days).
• Technical delivery failure (e.g., broken download link) – we will re-deliver immediately.

No refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Inability to use the files
• Already downloaded files
