• You understand that using NSFW model in public space CAN lead to bans and reports on your account

I am not RESPONSIBLE for any bans associated with using my models in a NSFW manner in public worlds

• My avatars Will be *kept In service* for a year after original posting

• I am not RESPONSIBLE for my models breaking for any drastic changes you do to the model

I will help with what I can, but if the model breaks due to you *completely alternating* the functionality of the model I will be unable to assist.

• You may not under ANY circumstance upload a model for public use, any models purchase MUST be set to private

• Do NOT claim or resell my models as your own

• You may NOT upload a model to a friend account UNLESS when the model is bought, you state or use the gift option on checkout ( If asked: use Friends email, discord, and vrchat account) they may give you the model to upload to their account after it has been bought.

• You CAN Give the model to someone to upload for you OR convert it to Quest and upload it for you

• Price splitting is NOT allowed, please contact me if you are unable to afford the model or would like to split it with a friend.

• You MAY NOT under ANY circumstance take any asset or texture off of a model and use it on your own, Each asset will be linked either directly or to the creator's page. Please purchase and use the assets from there.

• ALL models are NOT refundable, If I find a model was purchased and is unusable I will compensate accordingly.

• You MAY use my models for any media, all I request is that you give me credit somewhere in your post!

• If during check out required information is not provided (Discord, Vrchat username) personal use will be voided till information is provided

Assets

• Must credit echolessvoice3d or echolessvoice and link to the associated store of purchase (Jinxxy, Gumroad, or Payhip)

• All Assets CAN be used on free, personal, and public models (Nitro models are not allowed unless first contacted by me)

Any free assets can be used however

• If sold on a model, the model can NOT BE under the base value of the asset (Asset is $10, the model can not be under $10)

• ALL assets are NOT refundable

• Do NOT claim or resell my assets as your own

• Do NOT give assets out UNLESS on a finished and completed model

• If my assets are obtained from another model, you do NOT have ANY rights to the asset UNLESS purchased from me

• If during check out required information is not provided (Discord, Vrchat username) ALL use will be voided till information is provided

By purchasing and using my Assets and Models you agree and UNDERSTAND all TOS stated above, You Agree to follow the TOS stated above, and You understand by breaking the TOS you are subjected to have actions taken against you according to the DMCA

DISCLAIMERS

• You must have a BASIC understanding of Unity and Blender to use my assets and models, Please make sure you can arrange for someone to assist you if needed before purchase

• If you fail to read or understand my TOS, please contact me before purchasing any asset or model, I am not responsible nor liable if the customer does not read or pay attention to the stated TOS. I will help you understand the TOS and work through it with you if you contact me

• TOS is subject to change, if TOS does change, new TOS only affects new assets after the updated TOS and all old Assets will follow the old TOS
