Meet Rolando — The Face Behind El Mostacho Bar

I’m Rolando, a mixologist, bar consultant, and the founder of El Mostacho Bar, a luxury mobile bartending service based in California.

With more than 13 years in hospitality, I’ve built my career around creating memorable experiences through cocktails. My work takes me from weddings and private celebrations to restaurants and cocktail lounges, where I develop drink menus, build bar programs, and train teams.

For me, a great drink starts with understanding the ingredients, mastering the technique, and making every detail count—including how you welcome and serve your guests.

I created this e-book to share that foundation in a clear, visual, and practical way. Through illustrated tools, approachable lessons, and recipes you can practice, I want to help you feel more confident taking your first steps behind the bar.
